Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. We are closed on major holidays.
After hours support
We ask that routine questions, prescription refills and appointments be made between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our after-hours support team is focused on addressing urgent medical needs. They do not have access to your child's medical records or test results.
New patients
We welcome new patients! We would be delighted to meet your child's healthcare needs. On your child's first visit, we ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out registration and medical history forms. Please bring your insurance card, any medications your child is currently taking and any copayment or insurance deductible that applies. Having your child's previous medical records sent to us prior ro their visit will aid the physician with their treatment.
Check-in
Please bring your insurance card with you for each appointment. All insurance copayments and deductibles are due at time of service. Copays will be collected before your child is seen. Please arrive 15 minutes before your child's scheduled appointment time to allow for the check-in process.
Making and canceling appointments
It is very important to call ahead when scheduling an appointment. Call us anytime from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. to schedule. We do require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and it is essential that you arrive on time for your child's appointment. You will receive a reminder call 1-2 days prior tothe appointment. Please listen carefully to the information and respond to us if necessary. Failure to do so may result in your child's appointment having to be rescheduled.
Interpretation services
Individuals who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, write, speak, hear or understand English may be limited English proficient, or “LEP,” and may be eligible to receive language assistance with respect to a particular type of service, benefit or encounter. Please inform our staff prior to your appointment if you require interpreter services.
